[Staff] CALES Strategy Working Group

Good Afternoon,

The CALES Staff Council is looking for staff representatives to join the CALES Strategy Working Group.

The CALES Strategy Working Group is a joint working group comprised of 4 faculty representatives, 4 staff representatives, 3 administrators, and 2 unit heads. The CALES Strategy Working Group's charge is:


  *   Provide integrated recommendations about priorities and strategies of CALES in consultation with CALES leadership.
  *   Advise CALES leadership on overarching matters related to strategy and budget with specific focus on achieving the CALES Vision and Missions while adhering to our Values.

Members are expected to attend meetings (Zoom option), participate in discussion, and provide feedback.
