<p style="margin:0in"><span style="color:black;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in"><a href="https://air.arizona.edu/earthgrant">Earth Grant</a> is a year-long paid internship program open to University of Arizona undergraduate students <b>in any major</b> who
are passionate about environmental and community resilience. Diverse students of underrepresented identities are encouraged to apply.</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt;color:#242424"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p style="margin:0in"><span style="color:black;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in">Earth Grant interns are <b>paid $19/hour</b> to gain career experience working <b>5-25 hours/week</b> with a mentor matching their professional interests, drawing from
a wide network of non-profit organizations, local businesses, UA projects, and government agencies. Internship opportunities include ecological restoration, community outreach, conservation fieldwork, environmental education, marketing, urban farming/gardening,
community-engaged research, and much more.</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt;color:#242424"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0in"><span style="color:black;border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in">Interns also earn <b>two units of academic credit per semester</b> by participating in a weekly seminar on Fridays 1-2:50pm with the entire cohort, engaging in personal
and professional skill development. As a community, students will explore topics such as storytelling for advocacy work, shared leadership, and cultural/environmental practices.</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt;color:#242424"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
