Develops and coordinates project plans through full implementation within the </span>Center for Grazinglands and Ranch Management.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><span>- Manages the outreach and education program for the Center for Grazinglands and Ranch Management. </span></p><p><span>- Works to determine outreach and education needs. Writes grant proposals, reports, and other related materials. Monitors and prepares reports on financial activity for assigned projects.</span></p><p><span>- Coordinates project activities including project initiation, work plan development, estimating, and project controls.</span></p><p><span>- Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross-project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations. </span></p><p><span>- Prepares forecasting and progress reporting against milestones, budgetary updates, and the change management process for review.</span></p><p><span>- May supervise staff and students.</span></p><p><span>- Serves as part of an interdisciplinary team developing a nationally recognized outreach and education program that embraces collaborative multidisciplinary and multi-state activities, and effective dissemination of educational outcomes through popular articles and conference presentations.</span></p><p><span>-Other duties as required.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Required Education and Experience:</b><br>-Bachelor’s degree in R</span>angeland Management, Natural Resource Management, Animal Science, or closely related field<span> or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>-Five years of related experience.</span><br><br><b>Preferred Education and Experience</b></p><div><ul><li>Master's of Science in Rangeland Management, Natural Resource Management, Animal Science, or closely related field.</li><li>Demonstrated use of technology and social media platforms delivering outreach and education outcomes.</li><li>Demonstrated record of managing collaborative projects.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required knowledge abilities and skills</b></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to travel</li></ul><p></p><p>Must be authorized to work in the United States.
