Update: The issue with the time zone discrepancy in the Cadence meeting app seems to be fixed. I think you can now safely disregard my instructions about any of the time zone stuff.

You may need to refresh your browser if you have the Cadence webpage currently open for the changes to take effect. The fix to the time zones seemed to automatically apply on the Android app.

Hi all,

The 2022 SRM Annual Meeting event schedule is viewable through the Cadence app (either the website app and/or smartphone app). The Cadence app will be the primary source of information about the Annual Meeting, there will not be a paper schedule unless you
paid for one when you registered for the Annual Meeting. I will post the link below in case you did not receive the original email from
info@rangelands.org (I didn’t).

I was also prompted to register for the Hybrid meeting despite being registered for the Annual Meeting. You may also want to try logging in to see if you are registered for the Hybrid meeting.

Additionally, I want to point out that Cadence defaulted to “Your Time Zone” and the times for each sessions were off by an hour. I don’t know why that would be the case because Arizona time is currently the same time as Albuquerque. I had to change the time
zone to “Event Time Zone” despite it saying Pacific Standard Time (which I think is an error). Look for the time zone dropdown option at the top of the “Full Schedule” to switch to the “Event Time Zone”.

Finally, you can construct your own schedule (called “My Schedule” within Cadence) by adding events you are interested in by clicking the green “Add” button alongside the event in the “Full Schedule”. This is a convenient way to remember where to go between
sessions or meetings.

I hope this information was useful and elucidated some of the confusing components of the meeting app Cadence. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.
