<span class="">The assessment questionnaire is a very important and often misunderstood part of the federal application process. By the time you carefully craft your résumé based on the job announcement, upload any other documents, and arrive at the questionnaire,
you are probably ready to get the questionnaire completed quickly. Most candidates are not aware that this questionnaire is critical to how they will be categorized (e.g. Highest Qualified, Minimally Qualified, Not Qualified) and whether or not their application
gets forwarded to the hiring manager. You can find the link to the questionnaire in the job announcement—usually in the “How to Apply,” “How You Will Be Evaluated,” or “Required Documents” sections.</span><span class=""> </span></p>
