The point of this messaging is to tell people about the book and
encourage them to pre-order on Amazon, Barnes & Noble,
ChelseaGreen.com, or with their local bookstore. And then
on the day of publication, send another email announcing the official
launch of the book and encouraging people again to order. </font></div>
