<p>The RISE Symposium will occur as scheduled next Saturday (12 October 2013). We are still accepting registrations to attend and the are just a few openings for posters submissions. Visit

<p>We make this announcement given the ongoing lapse in federal funding to many programs and agencies.</p>

<p>While the federal situation affects all of us, that situation will not prevent the RISE Symposium from occurring as scheduled.</p>
