Field technician position available for plant demography censuses across California and southern Oregon from late August through mid October. The goal of the project is to examine variation in population dynamics across the geographic range of the scarlet monkeyflower
(Mimulus cardinalis). All travel expenses will be covered. Must have valid driver’s license. Experience with scientific data collection, preferably in field settings, and hiking or backpacking are also required. Skills in GPS navigation and plant identification
