Hello Tierra Seca members,<div><br></div><div>I need to get a head count of all students (grads and undergrads) in the club who wish to attend the AZ Chapter SRM 2012 summer meeting. This will take place from August 8-10, 2012 in Young, AZ.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Each year, the UA and ASU student chapters help out with the meeting by each providing a breakfast and a lunch for one of the days of the conference to all of the attendees (for reimbursement). The more help we have with this event, the better. I need to know who is able to commit - <u style="font-weight:bold">PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!</u> If not enough students are going to participate this year then I need to let the AZ section know as soon as possible so that they can appropriately plan for the meeting.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Other details: I imagine that camping will be in order, which will be nice at the higher elevation. Your registration (if it's not free this year for students) will most likely be reimbursed by the club.</div>
