We seek a creative outreach<br>specialist and researcher who can develop an externally funded and<br>nationally-recognized research-based extension program focusing on the<br>sustainable use and management of rangelands. The broad area of<br>applied research and extension will center on the ecological<br>implications of grazing and sustainable livestock production on<br>rangelands. This is a 12-month, tenure-track position with<br>responsibilities in
extension/outreach (80%) and research (20%). The<br>successful applicant will have an appointment in the Forest,<br>Rangeland, and Fire Sciences Department and will be stationed at the<br>Twin Falls Research and Extension Center in Twin Falls, ID.<br>Review of applications will begin February 27, 2011 and continue until<br>a suitable candidate is identified.
