Hello!

My name is Caleb Stewart and I am the Recruitment and Admissions Manager with the Montana Conservation Corps. We are a non-profit that engages adults in conservation-based field work and leadership development.  At MCC, we focus on the growth of our participants, positively impacting our climate and environment, and transferable job skills.  Leaders and their crews camp while working on physically demanding and essential natural resource and conservation projects on some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Northern Rockies and Plains. Our programs are a good fit for a variety of majors and students, and provide excellent field experience as a complement to formal education, in addition to a plethora of networking opportunities for future career paths.

We are currently recruiting for a variety of leadership positions across several different programs<https://www.mtcorps.org/joinmcc/>, all providing great field experience and technical job training.  I was hoping you could share this information with students who are interested in pursuing conservation, hoping to gain leadership skills, or just looking for a meaningful experience.  All of our positions come with a living stipend, education award, leadership and technical training, and a variety of benefits to support members during their term of service. These positions are good fits for alumni or students graduating in December of 2024 as they run from Feb - October of 2025. We will have other openings for current students that run over the summer/fall as well, and we post those in December. I'll email you again when those become available!
