[SRM] SRM 2024 Recap and Steer Raffle Reminder!

Hello everyone,
     I'm excited to share a recap of our club's successful participation at
the 2024 SRM Annual Meeting in Sparks, NV. This year, we had a fantastic
turnout with 14 students attending, actively engaging in various
competitions including the Undergraduate Range Management Exam, Plant ID
Exam, Range Cup Poster Presentation, and Extemporaneous Speaking
Competition.

     Our club achieved 5th place among 20 schools in the Undergraduate
Range Management Exam and secured 3rd place in the Undergraduate Website
Display Contest, thanks to our new website <http://uaztierraseca.org> and
the financial support from our community partners.

     Special congratulations to Ava Hamstead for her remarkable achievement
in the Plant ID Exam and to Doan Goolsby, our Public Affairs and Outreach
officer, who was elected Student Conclave Social Media Chair & Young
Professional Conclave Liaison.

     Looking ahead to the 2025 meeting in Spokane, Washington, we aim to
send as many students as possible to represent the University of Arizona,
the State of Arizona, and AZSRM. Achieving this goal requires substantial
financial support. To contribute, please consider purchasing tickets for
our annual steer raffle, our primary fundraiser, or making a donation
through our website or in person.
