I am writing to share the announcement of this year's AWRR Research Fellowship<https://researchranch.audubon.org/research/2024-awrr-research-fellowship-program>. This program, which annually awards a $500 housing voucher and $1000 in research funding to three applicants, is an effort to bring new cohorts of young, diverse scientists to the Research Ranch to conduct studies that support and inform Audubon's broader conservation work. To make things more accessible this year, we've both removed the requirement of being a full-time student and added a scoring rubric that is available to applicants prior to applying.

To help us recruit a solid group this year, would you be willing to share the announcement? I'd appreciate anywhere that it can be passed along - newsletters, personal contacts, students in your lab, etc.
