We have an exciting job opportunity.  We are looking for a biologist specializing in plant ecology and restoration to aid in native plant restoration efforts of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife (USFWS) and partners. This position will serve as an advisor to formulate plans, strategies or policies involving restoration of resilient native plant communities and ecosystems in collaboration with partners working on public, Tribal or private lands. Working with USFWS collaborative conservation programs such as our Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program and others, they will have the opportunity to positively impacts restoration at a landscape scale in various parts of the Nation. We are looking for someone with skills in collaboration, partnership development, and communications in addition to the technical skills to support issues affecting native plant materials (seeds, seedlings, and whole plants) and their use in habitat restoration and enhancement projects.
