[SRM] Rangeland Analysis Platform Production Explorer web tool!

This FREE tool allows users to evaluate vegetation productivity and estimate stocking rates for anywhere in the western US.

The tool allows you to dive deeply into the RAP's Rangeland Production dataset. That dataset uses #Landsat<https://twitter.com/hashtag/Landsat?src=hashtag_click>, meteorological, and annual vegetation cover data to estimate productivity every *16 days* since 1986.
