  *   Compliance monitoring projects in coordination with CAL FIRE, the Water Boards, and the CA Geologic Survey; coordinate data collection and assist CDFW Regional Staff with fieldwork
  *   Analysis of new legislative bills pertaining to fire and biological resources
  *   Participate in Program strategic planning and goal setting



A successful candidate will have a broad biological background. Training and support will be provided to develop your skills in relevant subjects including fire ecology, stakeholder outreach, policy implementation, and the CDFW regulatory setting.
