Good morning Professor Howery,

  

We are revising the job description in order to upgrade the positions. One of the questions is the requirement of a degree. Currently we have it listed as a preferred qualification but are considering the need for it being mandatory. We just wanted to get your thoughts on the subject as far as recruiting for future openings. 

 

Additionally, we would like to explore the possibility of an internship program after the world returns to some semblance of normalcy!
