Subject: UC3 outreach

Dr. Fehmi,

I need volunteers to be trained in the methods (by me) and conduct monitoring. I'm hoping that some of your students will be interested. The monitoring will be occurring hopefully in April or May. A bit of insider info, the DOI has funded this effort for the next 5 years, and we're using contractors who have been hiring people for summer term positions and fall/spring positions.
