[SRM] SRM events - Monday-Thursday this week

Hi all,
This week from Monday-Thursday there will be many presentations, symposia
and workshops at the virtual SRM conference (
http://annualmeeting2021.rangelands.org/). Below are some of the things
that are happening at the SRM conference this week that are especially
relevant to students and recent graduates.
Anyone can still register ($50 for students). There are also three plenary
sessions that anyone can watch live on Youtube (see below).
*Rangeland Careers Workshop:* Identify challenges, overcome hurdles and
explore rangeland careers. (Monday, 2:30pm)
*NRCS Direct Hiring: *college seniors, grad students, recent graduates, and
alumni. Bring resumes and transcripts. Visit the virtual NRCS conference
booth for more info (Tuesday, 10:30 – 12:00 pm)
*Bridging the Gap*: Building connections between the student/young
professional membership of SRM and established professionals. (Monday,
6:30pm)
*Student Awards*: (Wednesday 4:30-6:30)
*Plenary Sessions* (anyone can live stream on Youtube):
- Inside and Outside the Ranch Gate: How Do We Conserve Ranches and
Support Stewardship? (Monday 1pm)
- Adapt (or Succumb) to Climate Change on Rangelands (Tuesday 1pm)
- Wicked Problems in Wildland Fire (Wednesday 1pm)
