I hope you and your students will partake in the Society for Range Management (SRM) 2021VIRTUAL Annual Meeting next week, February 15-18 (Details on Meeting Website).  This meeting will be rich with opportunities to learn, network with professionals, and meet with potential employers.
 
  
 
Not Registered? There are two significant opportunities which SRM is making available to anyone even if they aren’t able to join this virtual meeting.
 
  
 

 
  
 
RANGELAND CAREERS WORKSHOP - Spread the word and encourage students and recent graduates to attend a free workshop entitled “Navigating a Path to Rangeland Careers.” See details attached.  Monday, Feb. 15 (1:30 PST/2:30 MST/3:30 CST). This is a free zoom workshop to help attendees identify challenges, overcome hurdles and explore rangeland careers. 
    
   - Spread the wordto your students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for a range job.

LIVE-STREAMED PLENARY SESSIONS – Engaging presentations/discussions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Feb 15, 16, & 17) addressing rangeland challenges will be live-streamed for anyone to view.  More details about topics and speakers.
    
   - Monday – Inside and Outside the Ranch Gate:  How Do We Conserve Ranches and Support Stewardship?
   - Tuesday - Adapt (or Succumb) To Climate Change on Rangelands
   - Wednesday - Wicked Problems in Wildland Fire
 
These  sessions can be viewed each day at 12:00 PST/1:00 MST /2:00 CST  live-streamed on the SRM YouTube (https://bit.ly/SRM-YouTube) or FaceBook (https://www.facebook.com/societyforrangemanagement) channels.
