It’s a very interesting time in I&M and the next leader of the division will have the opportunity to guide significant initiatives to ensure the agency produces high-value science in the coming years. Effective strategic planning, coalition building skills, and the ability to bring out the best in a nationwide team of more than 350 science professionals will position the division for success.
