Dear AVCA BOD & SAB~

Please save the date on your calendar for AVCA's 25th Anniversary Virtual Event on November 20th at 5pm!  The November 20th virtual event will be free to attend, but we've created the option to make a donation as you reserve your free ticket<https://one.bidpal.net/avca25th/ticketing(details:ticketing-summary)>.

Our silent auction will open November 1, and close following the event on the 20th.  You can check out the event website here<https://one.bidpal.net/avca25th>.  The silent auction will include auction items, fund-a-need items (for example, fund the Elk/LD annual monitoring), and the ability to make a donation.  The silent auction items will appear on the site on November 1st.

Currently on the site you can register for the event, make a donation, OR! buy an AVCA 25th anniversary insulated cup<https://one.bidpal.net/avca25th/browse/fixedPrice(details:item/3)>!  (Photo attached to this email.)  Feel free to purchase your cup(s) now, and we can get them to you prior to the event so you can toast to the Alliance with your cup during the November 20th event.


The AVCA staff would very much appreciate it if you would consider doing one or more of the following:
1) Be an event sponsor.  Many thanks to those of you who have already pledged sponsorships!
2) Ask a business or a friend to be an event sponsor.
3) Donate a silent auction item.
4) Ask a business or friend to donate a silent auction item.
5) Share this event with friends who you think might be interested in the Alliance.  This is a great opportunity to have folks learn about AVCA's work over the last 25 years - there is no cost to attend the event.
6) Make a donation when you reserve your event ticket.
7) Participate in the silent auction.
8) Make a personal ask for donations - if there are friends or other individuals with whom you feel comfortable sharing AVCA's work and asking for their financial support, we'd really appreciate it.
