 Hi all!

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy with the madness going on. Here
are some short notes from the virtual meeting we had this morning. Thank
you to everyone who was able to join. Please note we will be starting a
virtual happy hour, so be sure to vote on the day that works for you. As
usual, most updates will be through the GroupMe.

KEY POINT: Nominations and Officer Elections

    Only takes one person to nominate someone for a position

    Nominate in the GroupMe or via message.

Brian will contact nominees individually.

Nominees will write about a half page “speech” on why they want the position

This will be sent to the club to read.

One week later, we will vote via anonymous poll (app tbd).


Can Collection:

Koppy will still be going down to Elkhorn to collect cans if a few others
want to join.

Swag:

Grace is working on getting attire etc. printed, but there’s no urgency

    If you have design ideas, now’s the time!


Virtual Happy/Coffee Hours:

Zoom get-together once a week just to stay connected and keep spirits up

    9 AM to chat and help people get their day started

    Monday or Wednesday. We sent out a doodle poll to decide.
