It's Scholarship Season!

Lots of folks from our Arizona NRCS team are involved in their local communities. Whether its through 4H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, FFA or anything else, be sure to let those students in your life know that there are scholarships available to them!

Please encourage your students to apply at the AZ Foundation web site to complete the general application:https://www.azfoundation.org/Scholarships/ScholarshipOpportunities.aspx

The AZ Foundation is Arizona’s largest private provider of scholarships, with more than 100 online for post-secondary education, both academic and vocational.

Applicants are matched with all awards for which they qualify

High school seniors, current college students, or graduate level students attending schools anywhere in the U.S. can apply. The general application process begins in January each year and students are advised to apply early to qualify for the most awards. Some award deadlines begin in March and some deadlines are as late as May. Scholarships are available for two-year and four-year colleges and universities as well as technical and vocational schools. Complete the general application online.

The Navajo Youth Achievement Award supports Navajo youth that are seeking to participate in an extra-curricular activity that has a fee, program expense, or travel costs. This is not a college scholarship.
