Starting today, the Wildlife Terrestrial Biological Science Technician GS 5/6/7 positions are open on www.usajobs.gov<http://www.usajobs.gov/> from 2/21-2/28.

The Biological Science Technician (Terrestrial Mammals) is open to the first 100 applicants. These people will work on a variety of projects, which may include: 1) supporting dog teams (team is composed of a scent-detecting dog and trainer) searching predominantly for mountain lion and SN red fox scats for the purposes of genetic analysis; 2) managing wildlife cameras for the purposes of detecting carnivore species; 3) searching for bats and their roosts for the purposes of investigating potential vulnerability to white-nose syndrome.
