Hi David,

How are you? Well (and busy), I hope.

I am writing to alert you that my faculty position is finally being advertised (see attached; the long version of the advert is at  https://www.wsujobs.com/postings/40430  and I hope that someone in your lab or another who you could recommend will apply.  WSU is an ideal location for a community ecologist: as a land grant school we have many allied departments with faculty and the facilities we need, a strong library in the sciences and our proximity to the field is exceptional….better than even Davis.  Yet still the opportunity and encouragement to conduct research anywhere else in the world.
