Are you a graduate student, or do you know a graduate student, looking for a source of continental scale ecological data -- all available for free!? Interested in using National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) data or samples for a thesis or dissertation? Applications are now open for the fully-funded Explore NEON workshop. This two-day workshop (November 8-9) will introduce graduate students to NEON, teach them how to access and work with NEON data, and provide opportunities for them to interact with NEON science staff. Full funding (travel, meals, etc) is available for all workshop participants. Deadline for application is 5 October at 23:59 MT.
We encourage diverse candidates to apply, including people of color, women and non-binary individuals, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
