[Srm] 9-11-18 Tierra Seca Meeting Minutes

[Tierra Seca]

Good morning everyone,

Thank you to everyone who attended last night's meeting! It was wonderful
to see so many new faces.

The meeting minutes as well as the MANRRS and Arroyo Restoration Workshop
flyers are attached to this email.

I have a few things I'd like to remind everyone regarding last night's
meeting:

1. If you are interested in joining the *Plant ID Team*: Meetings are every
*Wednesday* from *6:00-8:00PM* in room *124* of the *Bio Sciences East
*building.
Our first meeting is *TONIGHT*, so be sure to come join us if you're able
to!

2. If you are interested in joining the *URME team*: Meetings are every
*Thursday* from *4:00-6:00PM* in room *S120B* of the Slot Canyon Cafe in
the *ENR2* building. If you are interested in joining URME, be sure to come
to our meeting *TOMORROW*!

3. Be sure to brainstorm 3 dream jobs that you think you would like to
pursue once you graduate before the next meeting! As the beginning
ice-breaker activity, we will go around the table and share what we all
have come up with. *The jobs do not necessarily have to be range-related.

4. If you would like to go to the brush management workshop on October 4,
be sure to RSVP as soon as possible! Let me know once you have RSVP'd so I
can work on getting people Dean's Excuses.

5. I have added all of the new members who wanted to be included in the
GroupMe to the Tierra Seca group chat. Let me know if you did not get
added, and I will make sure to re-add you.

Once again, thank you to everyone who came to the meeting last night! We're
looking forward to seeing you again on September 25th. As always, if anyone
has any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
