Good evening everyone,

I am a PhD student in Natural Resources with an emphasis in Ecology, Management and Restoration of Rangelands and a minor in Animal Sciences. I am working on cattle grazing behavior, diet selection and meat characteristics with some ranchers (Deb and Dennis Moroney, 47 Ranch) situated between Tombstone and Bisbee.

They are raising Raramuri Criollo cattle and Navajo Churro sheep which are breeds adapted to semi-arid and arid conditions and which were brought by the Spanish to the Americas, beginning in the 16th century.

Their meat is all natural, with no hormones, no antibiotics, and no grain feeding. They effectively graze the rangelands and are able to marble well on native rangeland feed. Contrary to some beliefs about grassfed meat, their meat is very tender! Do not hesitate to ask me for more information on that aspect because I can share with you my tenderness results, they are really amazing!

Anyway, as it is almost the end of the winter, they wanted to give you the opportunity to get some family packs where you get at least 12 % discount:
- $100 beef (13.5 lbs.)
- $200 beef (27 lbs.)
- $100 lamb/mutton (13 lbs.)
- $150 beef/lamb/mutton (16 lbs.)

You will find the detail of each family pack enclosed.

Moreover, if you are interested in buying a larger amount of beef, they also sell halves and wholes. I am also enclosing the information regarding whole or half beef in this email.
If you are interested in a whole lamb, they are offering whole lambs cut and wrapped in butcher paper at $9 per pound of boxed lamb meat.
