|  eXtension Foundation is hiring two full-time people to serve the Impact Collaborative. We are expecting to recruit 2000 individuals/700 teams for the Collaborative in the upcoming year. Consider applying or forward this message to a colleague or friend who would be interested in these positions.
Program Manager
We are hiring a Program Manager who is responsible for the formation and success of the Collaborative. the Program Manager will also be responsible for managing virtual as well as face-to-face events with Collaborative Members and tracking progress through the experience. In addition, the Program Manager will work with the eXtension team to report on successes and impacts of the Collaborative and ensuring successful approaches are disseminated throughout the Cooperative Extension System. Instructional Technologist
We are also seeking an Instructional Technologist, who will oversee all aspects of professional development for the Collaborative. This person will also be responsible for developing an evidence base on innovative practices that can be used to strengthen programming for Cooperative Extension professionals across the nation. Most of all, this person will be positive, creative, and care deeply about helping Extension Professionals design programming that has a significant impact at the local level.

Common Questions
Where are these positions located? 
eXtension is a virtual organization. These positions can be located anywhere there is a reliable Internet connection. Some travel may be required for designathon events or to represent eXtension at national events. Travel costs for those events will be reimbursed.
Do I need to be in Cooperative Extension or a Land Grant University to apply?
No, these positions are open to anyone that meets the qualifications. Familiarity with Extension and the land-grant system are helpful, but current employment at one or the other is not required.
