Good day to all,

After many discussions either by phone or in person, we have decided to go in the direction of showcasing the Tribal Rangelands.  Specifically, I would like to solicit help from everyone to pass along this information to all counterparts serving as grazing administrators on Tribal Lands within Arizona.  We will be looking for a locations with appropriate facilities to host the Summer Meeting in August and then the end of year Annual AZ SRM meeting in January 2018 (dates are not final).  So, please pass along my contact information to any and all whom you think would be interested.  We will need to finalize the Summer meeting by first week of April.  This is an opportunity for all who are interested to host, as well as, give presentations concerning their lands from across the state.

I am extremely excited that AZ SRM has an opportunity to host "The Year of Native Range".  I believe there are many places in Arizona that all interested professionals would love to see that may or may not be readily acceptable.  Erin Boyd has now developed a AZ SRM Native Range Committee and is currently soliciting more members to join.

In addition:  Currently the University of Arizona, Hualapai Tribe and NRCS will be scheduling a Spring Tour...More information to come soon!!!
