Lisa, please send out this message to our membership:

Thank you to those that responded to choose dates for our summer meeting in the Prescott area. By a close margin, option #2 was favored by those that voted. The 2015 summer meeting will be held from Wednesday, August 5th through Friday, August 7th. It was pointed out during the voting process that Prescott will also be hosting the Arizona Cowboy Poets gathering Aug. 6-8th. Here is a link to that event in case some members may be interested in attending.

The meeting will be held in the Prescott area. I will now be tasked with finding us a camping facility, but there will also be ample opportunities to stay in hotels in Prescott in case camping does not appeal to you!
Thank you for your help, and feel free to drop me a line if you have some ideas on content for the summer meeting.
