Subject: Humboldt needs a Range Lecturer ASAP

Humboldt State University seeks applications for a qualified Lecturer to teach Rangeland Resource Science classes during the Academic Year 2015-2016.  Please share this opportunity far and wide, especially with graduate students or recent graduates who seek excellent teaching experience.
Instruction begins August 24, 2015.
Degree: B.S. in Rangeland Resources
Experience: Prior or current experience related to class content
Preferred: M.S. or Ph.D: prior teaching experience

Initial appointment will be for the Fall 2015 semester. Subsequent reappointment for Spring 2016 will be contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluation, budget and programmatic need.
Courses to be taught for Fall 2015 may include:
RRS 306 Wildland Resource Principles (3 units - Intro. Range class, 3 lectures per week)
RRS 375 Vegetation Analysis & Health (3 units - 2 lectures, one 3-hour lab per week)
RRS 430 Wildland Restoration & Development ((3 units - 2 lectures, one 3-hour lab per week)
RRS 461 RRS Capstone (1 unit)

Courses to be taught for Spring 2016 may include:
RRS 306 Wildland Resource Principles (3 units - Intro. Range class, 3 lectures per week)
RRS 360 Wildland Plant Communities (3 units - 2 lectures, one 3-hour lab per week)
RRS 370 Wildland Ecology Principles (3 units - 3 lectures per week)
