Larry –
 
I am in need of help again.  This time it is to hire someone.
 
At Synergy we have 3 positions ready for someone looking to go to work: 
1.      a technician level job that will work mostly in Oregon – this is seasonal but will probably go into October or November and start back again next spring), 
2.      a near entry level specialist job that will be mostly a field position in Nevada and other parts of the West – this job has career potential, and 
3.      a senior level scientist (5+ years and ideally 10+).  This is a career position with lots of potential for the right person to develop this into a great job – it’s a great job now, but it can grow to fit the right person.  Basically the senior level position is to do what I do – wear out perfectly good pickups looking a grass and writing about what you see.  This is a mix of a field and office position.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for field experience in the private sector at one end and someone with lots of field experience at the other end.  Those of us at Synergy think it is a good place to work and we can see mountains from our shop.
