Please forward to your listservs, we need all the help we can get. I can
pay for travel, hotel and per diem (with overnight stay). I will also give
volunteers a CALS polo to wear at the event which they will be free to
keep. Let me know if you can help. Thank you for all you do!

  Skill-A-Thon on December 29 – Amanda Zamudio is chairing this event.
Event begins at 2:15 and she would like help beginning at 1 pm. Amanda will
probably need around 10 if that is possible or whatever you can provide.
They will be helping run the contest stations, scoring, set up. This is in
the Youth Building.



Outside the Show Ring Event December 29. Event begins at 6:30 if you have
about 6 people who could volunteer beginning at 6:00 pm. This is in the
Youth Building. They will help sell soda, check-in, watch the buffet
station, watch doors, possibly help with the activities, etc.



Western Legacy Jackpot Show December 31. Event is in the outside show ring
and begins at 9:30 am. Mike would love to have 4 volunteers at 7:30 am
until about 2 pm or until show is over but that may be a little later based
on last year.



If there are any around on the 30th that might want to help with the
Collegiate Judging Banquet I could use help but I know that is an extra
thing but if there are any up here that is great. I would need about 5 at
6:30 pm on December 30.
