As range students, wearing a white cowboy hat instead of a regular
graduation cap at graduation might be a fun thing. If you're interested,
you'll need to take the 3 question survey.
Just an FYI.

Subject: A New Tradition for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
To: khawkes at email.arizona.edu
To The UA College of Agriculture and Life Sciences graduating class of
2012-2013:
Our dean is offering you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pioneer a new
tradition for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, one that will
go on for generations, recognizing the strength and unity of all CALS
graduates on campus and in the community!!
You will be graduating this year, becoming tomorrow’s leaders, innovators,
scientists, entrepreneurs and business moguls that make an impact globally.
The variety and number of career choices that a graduate of CALS has
available to them is unbelievable, and the impressive number of brilliant
graduates of our College deserves to be recognized and seen by the
community, parents and alumni of CALS.
The Dean, faculty and staff of CALS is extremely proud of you, and we want
you to stand out from the crowd at the university-wide graduation in a big
way, demonstrating the pride you have as a CALS graduate.
The purpose of this survey is to determine the level of interest and
commitment in showcasing CALS at graduation similar to how the nursing
school graduates wear paper nursing hats and the engineers wear mining
helmets.
