[Srm] Tierra Seca Fundraising Opportunities

Hello Tierra Seca Members!


We have a couple of potential fundraising opportunities for the club that
need your attention:



   - *V Bar V Ranch Work*: We have been invited to the University of
   Arizona V-Bar-V Ranch near Camp Verde, AZ to process some samples for Dr.
   Doug Tolleson. We can earn up to $1700 for the club in just a couple of
   weekends of work. This will require 2-3 students to travel to the ranch and
   help with the samples for a weekend (probably a Friday-Sunday, but we can
   negotiate shorter time periods). It will probably take a couple of weekends
   to complete this work. The club will provide food and transportation.



   - *Ranch Campout/Field Work Repeat*: We can travel back to Alanna's
   family ranch for a weekend and help with more vegetation management or
   other ranch tasks in exchange for a donation. The donation depends on the
   amount of people and amount of time we spend working. We had a great trip a
   couple of weekends ago and I am excited to have the opportunity to repeat
   it!

We can even plan these activities for days following final exams, so we
have some flexibility. They are both really excellent opportunities for the
club to earn some money! We could really use your help.
