Dear Colleagues:
  On Tuesday 13 November from 5-6 pm in 225 BSE, we will have a session on graduate school for undergrads to attend.  Please pass this information along to your classes and your advisees.  Katie Hughes will talk a bit about the application process, grad students will chat about their most important 'things to know' and I will provide an overview of the grad school experience.  The second half hour will have a panel of grad students and faculty (could use another faculty member or two) to answer questions and anyone is free to answer questions from the audience.  I have prepared a powerpoint slide to assist with advertisement and will attach it here; however, it may not go out over the list.  If not attached, please email me and I will send it along.
