[Srm] AZ SRM Meeting Reminder (important for students)

Hello all,


The AZ Section of the Society for Range Management summer meeting is fast
approaching. This will take place from *August 8-10, 2012* in *Young, AZ*.

Meeting" under the heading "Sections"  from the vertical menu bar on the
left. If you're having trouble, start from www.rangelands.org then select
"Sections" from the menu bar, and you should be able to navigate from there.

I will be attending the meeting for at least August 9-10. I will probably
make the drive to Young on the evening of August 8 and return home to
Tucson on the evening of August 10. I am still waiting to hear back if
students will receive a discounted registration. If you are a member of
Tierra Seca, your registration costs will most likely be paid for with club
funds.

*Important: I need to know ASAP who wishes to attend this meeting. Please
send me an email if you haven't already. The more students who are able to
attend, the better*. The AZ Section of the SRM is basically a larger scale
version of Tierra Seca, and attending this meeting can be very beneficial
to students. It's a great opportunity to meet and socialize with
professionals, meet other students, learn more about rangeland ecology and
management principles and real-world issues, and overall just have a good
time. We will most likely be camping, but we will be flexible depending on
the weather. I will most likely rent a vehicle from Motorpool, so you will
not have to worry about transportation. You will most likely not have to
worry about any of your meals as well.

beneficial meeting so that I can plan accordingly. I appreciate it.
