[Srm] Tierra Seca First Meeting

Hello All,

It's that time of year again! Welcome back.

The first Tierra Seca meeting will be held on:

Monday August 27, 2012
1:00pm
Location: TBA
Pizza? Definitely.


This meeting time received a majority vote from members, as opposed to
Wednesdays at 12pm. However, there may be a chance that we will hold
meetings at alternating times. We will discuss this at the first meeting,
but please email me any input if you cannot make the meeting.


I need help from students to stop in at a couple of different classes and
give a description of the club and announce the first meeting. This needs
to be done this week. We are trying to recruit members into the club, so
this is important advertising! Please let me know if you are available to
volunteer and I will give you a list of classes to choose from (you will
likely be enrolled in some of these classes so that will make it easy for
you). I would especially appreciate the other officers helping out.


I look forward to seeing you all at the first meeting! Have a good first
