Dear RISG Co-Chairs:

Greetings! You should have all received a message from our website developer, Craig Boesewetter (University of Arizona), that an account has been created for each of you for editing and uploading content to your IYRP regional webpage.
If you have not received an email to this end, please let us know as soon as possible.

Also, we want to confirm that RISG Co-Chairs are expected to designate who will actually maintain the regional pages. This responsibility can be assigned to one or several members of each RISG. We just need to know who the primary contacts
will be for each regional webpage updates. As mentioned previously, the content for the regional pages should all be specifically relevant to the IYRP including photos, documents, reports, policy materials, etc.

We are in the process of developing a guide for updating the regional pages and plan to offer a training session sometime in September. Craig and I will provide the training. We will send out tentative dates around the first of September.

As you can see, we now have a dedicated listserv for RISG co-chairs. Please feel free to use it to inform each other about regional plans and activities. We are sure we will all benefit from as much collaboration and coordination as possible.
