[Risgchairs] RISG chairs meeting

Dear RISG chairs

I hope you all are doing well.

I kindly request that we have a RISG chairs meeting on 27 June 2025 at 3pm
SAST for us to discuss our activities for the last six months. I would like
the regions to present their activities during the meeting (no longer than
7 minutes) with the intention that each region will also provide a 1 pager
update (excl, photos) so that we can put a global update together for the
ISG.

The Global Secretariat can also update you on matters that are happening at
a global level.

If you as a chair can't make it to the meeting, then could you find an
alternative person in your region to present on behalf of the RISG?
