[Risgchairs] regional reports

Dear RISG chairs

This is a kind reminder to the regions who did not submit their regional
reports to me yet. The report doesn't have to be extensive. I would like to
put a global update on the IYRP together as soon as possible.

Also, few RISG co-chairs endorsed the letter that IYRP will send to the GEF
CEO. May you kindly endorse the letter if you agree with its contents?
