[Risgchairs] IYRP RISG quarterly meeting

Dear RISG chairs

Based on the results of the Doodle Poll, the 8th April 2024 from 2:30pm to 4:30 SAST seems to be an appropriate time to have our first RISG chairs meeting for the year.

During the meeting we will discuss the following agenda items:


1.      Introduction of new co-chairs and their responsibilities

2.      Re-configurations of RISG leaderships (if any)

3.      Report back from the regions of activities from Dec2023 to March 2024 (preferably a PowerPoint presentation) incl. progress on the development and/or implementation of regional action plans as well as challenges facing your RISG

4.      Any other business
