[Risgchairs] Notes on RISG co-chairs meeting on 8 April 2024

Dear RISG Chairs

May I have a response if and when you might be able to submit your short
regional report so that we can put a global update together for the larger
IYRP Support Group?

I received reports from WCA and CAM RISGs and a timeline for
submission from Europe RISG.
