[Risgchairs] update on RISG activities

Dear RISG chairs

Thank you to all the regions who have responded and provided a brief report
and names of people who will assist with the Traditional Knowledge Forum
event and fundraising for the IYRP. I have received responses from South
Asia, CAM, WCA and South America.

It would be great if all regions could respond to my initial requests.
