Though, it will be the day after the Aid el Kabeer, I guess many of us will 
be on leave or at least with their families.

Would it be possible to schedule that some days before or the week after?

Dear RISG coordinators



I hope you are all doing well.



You are invited to a RISG coordinators meeting on 30 June 2023 at 2pm SAST. 
We will use the meeting discuss the following, but we encourage you to 
suggest additional agenda items:



1. Structure of the RISG

2. Updates on activities April-June 2023

3. Planned activities

4. Action plans of the RISG

5. General discussion on challenges experienced by the RISGs



We would like each RISG to present their report on these agenda items (10 
minutes for each RISG) and a general discussion.



Could you ensure that at least one person from the RISG coordinator's team 
is present at the meeting? We will have those joining from regions that will 
not be within the normal working hours to present first.
