[Risgchairs] Helping RISG-SA Kickstart its Social Media Journey

Dear Fellow RISG Representatives,

RISG-South Asia is planning to start its own social media pages (Twitter,
Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) - covering informational, advocacy and
creative originals in its regional languages.

For starters, we plan to post generic posts about IYRP objectives, goals,
themes and countries involved. [We are also creating a social media
calendar to track and post creative original and day-specific messaging].

The Global Team and NA Team have already made generic social media posts
about IYRP. It would be great if we can use those to start with. We plan to
customise them for the majority-spoken languages of the different SA
countries. Kickstarting this would also give the SA countries a nudge in
communicating with their respective governments for advocacy and
fundraising.

I request the regional teams to kindly connect me to your comms
representatives so I can collaborate directly with them - for getting
access to raw files and also learning from your experiences in branding
IYRP for your region. This is all very new for us so insights and
suggestions are welcome!
