[Risgchairs] RISG to short report to GCG

Dear RISG chairs

Thank you for attending a great GCG meeting last week. During the meeting,
we resolved that RISGs would send a short report on activities to the GCG
for collation. This report does not need to be extensive but it should
highlight what IYRP related activities the region and its members have been
involved in/supported/organised in the last 3-4 months. You may also want
to highlight short term future plans.

A one-pager should be good enough.
