<p class="MsoNormal">Karen Launchbaugh, Barb Hutchinson, Amber Dalke, Aaron Lien, and myself are starting work on a proposal to the USDA focused on development of a workforce training curricula for early and mid-career range management professionals. We feel
that the output of this project will help advance the profession of range management by providing support for the two Society for Range Management certification programs through test preparation curricula and continuing education opportunities and training
opportunities for state and federal land management personnel, while also providing a mechanism to enhance the sustainability of the Rangelands Partnership. Attached to this email is a brief prospectus of the project we envision. We would like to invite
